Christopher Frothinger
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Chris co-founded InfoCentricity in 2000, assembling a dynamic team of industry leaders dedicated to making powerful, predictive analytics easily accessible to businesses. Chris' vision drives the product development and strategy for Xeno®, a powerful, user-friendly, online software platform that delivers advanced analytic capabilities for a wide range of industries.
Chris brings over 15 years of experience to solving business intelligence challenges in the retail and financial services industries. He previously held positions in relationship marketing, advanced analytics, technical sales and project management at Topica, E.piphany, Charles Schwab, Nations Bank and Fair Isaac. Chris holds a BS in Statistics from the School of Mathematics at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Jeff Dandridge
President and Chief Operating Officer
Jeff is the driving force behind our market development, direct sales and channel sales. He also oversees our consulting services, shepherding our client accounts and corporate partnerships. He brings over 20 years of executive consulting experience to his role, with a special focus in financial services.
Previously, Jeff held various senior positions with Fair Isaac, including Senior Vice President of Emerging Markets, where he held P&L responsibility and made significant contributions to business launches and new business development. Prior to Fair Isaac, Jeff was Senior Vice President and Board Member at Risk Management Technologies, where he directed the sales, consulting/implementation and product management functions. He has also held senior-level sales, marketing, product management and consulting positions at Software Alliance Corporation and Arthur Andersen (now Accenture). Jeff holds a BS in Commerce-Finance from Santa Clara University, where he graduated Cum Laude.
Aush Thaker
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Since co-founding InfoCentricity in 2000, Aush has been a driving force behind the development of Xeno, our flexible, user-friendly, online platform. He is currently engaged in guiding our research and technological direction, while continuing to spearhead our ongoing software development achievements.
Aush brings a rich technology background to his role at InfoCentricity. He previously spent 17 years as a data analyst and developer at Fair Isaac, where he was instrumental in designing and building decision engines. As a key member of the technical team, he helped research, prototype, develop, and maintain end-user applications that embodied a family of algorithms used by data analysts and project managers to build predictive models. He also built, delivered, and helped deploy predictive models of consumer behavior, such as likelihood of payment default and probability of response to marketing messages. Aush holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a BA in Economics/System Science from UCLA.
David Klinetobe
Chief Financial Officer
Dave's vision and strategic direction provide the company's financial foundation. He brings over 20 years of experience in risk management and financial services to his role, where he also pilots our human resource, legal and administrative functions.
Dave's background includes 10 years with Fair Isaac, where he held various executive positions in corporate finance, line management, corporate strategic planning and risk management consulting, as well as risk management and consulting positions with Chase Manhattan Bank and KPMG Peat Marwick. He holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, as well as an MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University, where he graduated with honors. He also holds a BA in Economics from the University of Washington.
Amir Tabassi
Vice President, Business Development & Marketing
Amir directs the launch of our products and services into new industries while strengthening our brand in existing markets. He brings 18 years of marketing and business development leadership across multiple industries to his role at InfoCentricity.
Previously, Amir was General Manager of LeadPoint's Consumer Lending Division. He also spent eight years at Fair Isaac where his tenure marked the company's entry into the telecommunications industry, and the explosive growth of myFICO.com. Prior to Fair Isaac, Amir served as Director of Product Management at Experian, and held several marketing leadership roles at Southern California Edison and at AT&T. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University.
Lamar Shahbazian
Vice President, Analytic Services
Lamar is our account management expert, ensuring that our clients' needs are always at the forefront as she directs our analytic services operations. Her focus includes custom project delivery, client training and sales support.
Previously, Lamar spent 18 years at Fair Isaac, holding various positions in the account management solutions delivery space. Her experience includes model development, account management strategy consulting, and the development of new business solutions working with third-party processors and credit reporting agencies. Lamar holds an MS and a BS in Applied Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Nina Shikaloff
Vice President, Analytic Services
Our customers benefit from Nina's rich background in predictive technology and credit scoring, as she conducts high-level analytic consulting and directs the creation of our analyst training programs, production processes, documentation, software requirements and quality assurance.
Previously, Nina spent 18 years in a variety of mission-critical analytic and management roles at Fair Isaac, most recently as Analytics Director of the Prediction Technology group. As a leader of the analytic team, she developed and delivered predictive models of consumer behavior for lenders, credit bureaus and the IRS. As Director of Research & Development, she managed the creation and support of core analytic algorithms, internal analytic delivery processes, and training programs. Nina holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
Rick Ragusa
Vice President, Analytic Marketing Solutions
A seasoned marketer from the multi-channel retail space, Rick leads our efforts to provide marketing organizations with strategic planning and analytic marketing solutions across the consumer lifecycle. Rick's first-hand experience in CRM, direct marketing and database management allow him to partner with clients whose needs range from expert training and consulting to outsourced analytic solution delivery.
Previously, Rick spent over 4 years with the premier outdoor living brand Smith & Hawken. In his roles as VP of Direct to Consumer and VP of Marketing, Rick managed P&Ls for the catalog, e-commerce and direct channels and managed all other facets of retail marketing strategy and execution. Prior to Smith & Hawken, Rick was VP of Marketing for Encirq Corp and Director of Retail Client Services at Abacus-Direct. Rick also spent 6 years with Williams-Sonoma where he managed the direct marketing efforts for multiple brands in the company's portfolio before joining Wells Fargo Bank to manage acquisition for Small Business Credit and Insurance Services. Rick holds a BS in Marketing/Advertising from San Francisco State University.
John Perlis
Fellow, Analytic Technology
John's primary focus is analytic technology and software development. Previously, he spent 18 years with Fair Isaac where he made significant contributions to the analytic toolkit and to the company's product development. He also held numerous leadership and line positions including Senior Vice President and Division Manager.
Prior to Fair Isaac, John was a Member, Technical Staff at Analytic Services, Inc. He holds an MS in Industrial Engineering, an MA in Anthropology, and a BA in Liberal Arts from Pennsylvania State University.
Martin Sleath
Fellow, Applied Analytics
Martin provides custom client services and internal consulting on product development and processes. He previously served as Chairman of our former Analytic and Technology Advisory Board.
Martin spent 23 years at Fair Isaac serving in numerous leadership positions, including Vice President of Analytic Production, Vice President of Analytic Engineering, and Vice President of Corporate Research & Development. Prior to Fair Isaac, he was Director of Operations Research for Great Universal Stores in the United Kingdom. Martin holds an MA in Operations Research from the University of Lancaster, UK, and a BA in Pure Math and Statistics from the University of Sheffield, UK.
John Woldrich

John Woldrich lends us his seasoned business acumen in his role as a key advisor to our executive management team.
John held numerous leadership positions at Fair Isaac over the course of nearly 30 years. He served as Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to 1999, and as a member of the company's Board of Directors from 1983 to 2000. Prior to 1995, he led the company's Marketing and New Business Development. John holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
